14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for customers within the European Union. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy only applies to customers within the EU.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, but the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
